Make no mistake, these are the real deal, identical to the escape whistles the RAF and USAAF pilots and aircrew attached to their flight jackets during WW2. This one is 9 carat gold plated, including the attachment ring. Very similar to the brass type we sell but GOLD!
This was the whistle type presented to William, The Duke of Cambridge on his visit to Hudson & Co. factory in Birmingham.
The penultimate picture compares our gold whistle (left) to our nickel and brass whistles.
